God is Faithful
To say I love my job is an understatement. All of my clients I meet truly make and have made a huge impact in my life. I believe each one of them cross my path for a purpose!
So for the last couple weeks I had been praying for the Lord to bring me new clients and 1 week ago I received a referral from a past client.
After meeting this family I learned of how strong and beautiful their faith in the Lord was! They are relocating from Florida. I was actually the 3rd agent they had spoken to and when I met them for the first time our connection was instant! Totally God’s hand and an answered prayer for me!
When our searching began, they continued to get outbid because in this market it is extremely competitive but persistence is key!
Last Friday they woke up together and prayed for God to bring them a house that they could be good stewards of! That morning a new listing had just hit the market and it was PERFECT! After looking over the house they just felt in their heart it was The One! That night we found out we were the 12th offer that had been put in on the home! So we all prayed, and we agreed if this is the home God wants for them that it would be.
The NEXT morning I received a call from the sellers listing agent and He said, “Lynsey, my sellers had 12 offers in hand to look over, and we had SEVERAL offers higher than your buyers. This doesn’t happen and is not usual at all but my sellers read your buyers letter and fell in love with your buyers family. They want to accept your buyers offer over all the rest. They just felt it in their heart they were meant to have this house.”
THIS IS HOW GOOD OUR GOD IS!
In a situation that seemed impossible from the exterior circumstances, God was in control and made a way when there seemed to be no way!
I want to encourage someone to seek the Lord and watch Him show up! He is beyond words! He is amazing! He melts my heart! What an amazing Father He is, not only to me but to everyone that will trust Him! His will be done, NOT mine! I love the new people that God is bringing into my life! Ask and you shall receive! God is good!
