TWO. Shop for your home - our search begins! 

This is the part where we get to sit down and talk over what you are looking for in your new home. Your likes, and your dislikes. We will narrow down a few areas and start our search! Our team provides you with a high quality home search engine that is directly linked to all the new homes on the market! So you will have first access to all the new listings. I understand that time is of the essence, so we will be quick to move on any home that you are interested in.

THREE. Lastly, find the one! 

I will walk you through all your options and we will make a strong offer. We will talk through all the different ways to make your offer look strong and appealing. This process consist of negotiating back and forth with the seller until we come to a mutual agreement. Once the seller accepts your offer, we begin the 30 day close out process! And you will be one step closer to owning your new home!
