The Lord Showed Up
It was the morning of January 10th 2020...
I had no deals pended or anything on the books. 0! Nada. Being commission based this can be a terrifying place to be. It had been a rough couple months to say the least.. Lots of changes. But through it all, I was believing in the Lord to provide like He always does...
My good friends had just put in a offer on a home and I ended up getting a call that morning at 10am with wonderful news! The sellers had accepted their offer! It was an exciting moment for us all... but it doesn’t stop there...
Not even 10 minutes later I get a call from a random number I didn’t recognize. When I answered the phone it was a sweet couple that had gotten my number off a sign they saw. They asked me if I could show them a house within that same hour. Of Course I agreed and met them at the home. When I arrived, me and the couple walked through the home together and immediately they said they wanted to put in a full price cash offer! I couldn’t believe what was happening. This is a realtors dream but what happened next is unexplainable and only the work of the Lord...
The sellers accepted their cash offer the same day and then I realized something... both offers that were accepted that day were for the exact same sales price, “TO THE DOLLAR”! This NEVER happens... Especially in the real estate world.
The Lord not only blessed me with one gift but doubled my gift on the same day! That’s how amazing the power of God is.
I share this to encourage if you have been believing in the Lord for something always remember that faith can move mountains and the Lords timing is ALWAYS perfect He is an amazing father that will provide more than enough! He is so good!
